Figure out water situation.

This will involve
-obtaining rain barrels, which we seem to have a good start on -- Kris, let us know what you find out
-getting access to water from a tap
-figuring out details of how to get water access on-site -- Chris spearheading (?)
-talking with neighbors -- Sam, Chris, Kirk (?)
-water catchment

Some Goals Empty Naming the Garden

I'm putting a deadline of the end of next week for deciding on a name for the garden. Not certain how it will be decided. I'm hoping we can all submit names, and one will step forth into the sunlight.
